So Simple But Oh So Good - Duck Sandwiches

Shore lunches are quite common in fishing - why not cook up some ducks after a morning hunt? Join Delta's President Rob Olson as he prepares scaup sandwiches on the tailgate after a hunt on the Delta Marsh.

This is all you need to have a great lunch of duck sandwiches: Frying Pan, Breasted Ducks (sliced thin), Butter, Mayo, Buns, Onions and Spices.
