Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Duck with Apricot/Orange Glaze

**This recipe is very versatile and can be used for whole ducks, as well as duck breast. Very easy and delicious, the list of ingredients and taste persuade me to put it in the gourmet category. The apricot/orange glaze is a nice compliment to grilled, smoked duck.**

Chris Skillings Goose Bites

This was a accident, but it is awesome.  If you are like me and do not like the natural taste of geese, this could be a recipe for you.  I am one that like to throw things together and pray that it tastes good.  This is one that I knocked out of the park, well I think so.  If you have a party, or a game feed this is going to be one you might want to try

Duck Fajitas

**I debated if this should be easy or gourmet...  But chose gourmet because of the quantity of ingredients and the excellent flavor!

Duck Fajitas

*This recipe describes making 4 breasts (from 2 ducks) but you will only need 1/3 of the season you make to do it so you will have plenty left to make this 2 more times!
